The E-6 dimensions 10”X14”X1”. The E-6 also has rubber pegs for increased stability. Easily identified by the maple stripe near the top of the mostly walnut board, the E-6 is the only board in the E-series with this unique look.
E-6 is an excellent for most day-to-day jobs, such as onions, tomatoes, potatoes, avocados, squash and other fruits and veggies of this size.
The E7 extends 2 inches in length and width over the E-6, coming in at 12”x16”x1”. The E-7 has rubber pegs for extra stability and is the first of the E-series cutting boards to be equipped with a juice guard. The E-7 is identified by its distinctive combination of a walnut/white oak center, and maple at the ends of the board.
The E-7 is great for medium-sized jobs, such as pineapples, melons, sweet potatoes, squash, steak, and jobs of this size.
E-9 is the highest NCO rank in the U.S. Military, which only makes it appropriate that it has the largest dimensions of the E-Series at 15"x20"x1.5". The E-9 has an elegant look, easily identified by its alternating walnut and white oak stripes. 100% of the wood used in the E-9 is from the U.S.
